Shipping And Returns

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximently 3-5 business days, blonde/custom colored hair takes longer. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Because we strive on processing and shipping items out on time, orders can not be altered once payment is complete. However, if you contact us at [email protected] before your order is shipped out changes may be made.

If a order is placed on a national holiday or after 3pm. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday it will be shipped the following business day.

HOWEVER, we are pleased to offer an exchange policy on untampered hair extensions within five days within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. We understand that there may be a case in which you need to exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges on hair that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number because HolyGrail Tresses will not be responsible for lost exchange packages. 

Once packages are shipped, we no longer have control, please contact your mail carrier. HolyGrail Tresses is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service. HolyGrail Tresses does not hold responsibility for packages that state have been delivered. 

Also, please note when placing your order, please make sure your billing information matches your banking information in order for your purchase to go through successfully.

How much hair do I need? 

Our bundles are around 95-100g each. A full sew in weave with our virgin hair, would need  approximately 2-4 bundles. We recommend buying 2 bundles when a frontal will be used. We recommend 3-4 bundles for our more silkier textures such as straight and body wave. Keep in mind the longer the hair the smaller the weft.

Can I color my hair?

We carry 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed and is not processed in anyway. You can color the hair. However, once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.

How long does this hair last?

With proper care this hair can last longer than 12 months even for reuse!
